We all lead busy lives and most often use lack of time as the number one excuse to not cook and/or eat healthy. Meals should not be an afterthought especially when changing your eating habits to reflect a healthier, sustainable diet. My clients approach me because they simply do not have the time to research recipes, compile menus or cook for 6 hours at a time to set themselves and their families up for a nutrition focused week. That’s where my personal chef services enter the picture! My favorite hobby is sifting through recipes (no, really, it is!), recipe testing (my own family as my guinea pigs…haha), putting together clean eating menus, grocery shopping AND arriving at your home once a week to cook and properly store your healthy eats.

All you have to do is re-heat.
